All Points Transit provides up to 4,000 trips every month on the door-to-door dial a ride program. As the senior population grows in western Colorado, the demand for assisted transportation continues to increase. With your help, we can make sure all of our seniors, people with disabilities and others in need can reach their doctors appointments, dialysis and cancer treatments, meal sites and other vital services.
