Give today to provide safe, reliable and accessible transportation for all!

Dear Passengers, Partners and Friends,

2021 was another challenging year at All Points Transit (APT), as we continued to flex to meet the changing community needs in our rural service area.

Slowly, passengers began leaving their homes more regularly; in-person medical services grew and we saw congregate meal sites and day centers open back up to our passengers. During this transition time, All Points Transit continued delivering meals and commodities in our most rural service areas well into the summer months when the meal sites opened back up to in-person dining.

All Points Transit proudly delivered rides to COVID19 vaccination clinics, even on the occasional Saturday, outside of our normal service hours.

Even with this progress, many of our passengers were not able or ready to return to their pre-pandemic travel habits, meaning some of our routes are still working to regain the riders and efficiency our organization was accustomed to prior to 2020. We also saw dramatic increases in operational costs, with fuel prices up 50% over 2020.

On the public flex routes in Montrose, APT shifted toward pre-pandemic service levels with the addition of the Main Street Shuttle, which runs on an hourly basis. We are looking forward to extending this route to serve Hillcrest Drive and the Montrose Pavilion again by early 2022.

While All Points Transit relies heavily on State and Federal grants and other government funding such as Medicaid, there is no one funding source that covers the true cost of providing service. We could not provide rides for those who are most in need without the generous donations of community members like you!

All Points Transit has exciting plans for 2022, including the launch of an online ride scheduling portal and rider app, that will improve customer service for our passengers and medical facility partners alike. APT is also busy planning the design and construction of a Multi Modal Hub in Montrose. This facility will serve as All Points Transit's operations center and also as a shared bus stop and information source for all public transit services in the region, including CDOT's Bustang Outrider and SMART Telluride. We cannot wait to share more with you about this exciting project as the plans unfold!

On behalf of our Board of Directors, Staff and Passengers - Thank you for including All Points Transit in your end of year giving!
